At JT's Store, our goal is to provide you with an exceptional shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes items do not meet your expectations. This is why we have implemented a simple and transparent returns policy.

1. General Return Conditions:

- Items can be returned within **30 days from the date of purchase**.
- Items must be **unused, undamaged and in their original packaging**.
- Personalized or final sale items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of a defective product or an error on our part.

 

2. Return Process:

1. Contact our customer service at email support@jtstore.ca or visit our help center page to obtain a return authorization.
2. Pack the item carefully in its original packaging.
3. Include a copy of the original invoice and note the return authorization number on the outside of the package.
4. Ship the package to the address on the delivery note.

 

3. Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued within **10 business days of receipt of the returned item**.
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method.

 

4. Defective or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within **7 days of receipt** for return and replacement instructions.
